Granting Exemptions

NOPSEMA may grant certain exemptions from the requirements of the Schedule 3 to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (OPGGSA) and some of the regulations. For details of the areas in which NOPSEMA, as the Safety Authority, may grant exemptions see the Exemptions Policy.
