Please note: these presentations are intended to provide general information on NOPSEMA, its role and its regulatory functions under powers conferred by the Commonwealth Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006, State and NT Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Acts and Regulations under those Acts.
